Ali Reza Gharibzadeh, 30, is an Iranian model. He is based in Pasay City, Metro Manila, Philippines.

Gharibzadeh is the second person to represent Iran in Man of the World. The first one is Max Merafsha, who represented the country in the international male beauty pageant both in 2018 and in 2019.

On June 18, 2022, Gharibzadeh represented Iran at Man of the World 2022 and competed against 21 other candidates at Baguio Convention Center in Baguio City, Philippines. He was unplaced.

Aside from Baguio City, Gharibzadeh and his fellow Man of the World 2022 candidates visited several other parts of the Philippines. Among them are Abra, Apayao, Kalinga and Taguig.

Miss Earth 2008 Karla Paula Henry, 36, and Philippines-based Brazilian actor and model Fabio Ide, 34, hosted the Man of the World 2022 coronation night. The ceremony also featured performances by Filipino-American rapper Ezekiel “Ez Mil” Miller, 23, and his sister Raynn.

It was the fourth edition of the international beauty pageant. The competition started in 2017 but went on hiatus in 2020 and in 2021 due to the new coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic.
